\nContemplative moments<\/strong> are assured, by means of the view of<\/strong> the valley<\/strong> to which one has access from the villa. \"\" The owners<\/strong> live in an adjacent house<\/strong> and are always available to meet the needs expressed by guests, and thus also recommend the best activities to engage in in the area.
\nThe owners, having for themselves a separate<\/strong> entrance<\/strong>, and not sharing the outdoor spaces of the villa, do not in any way alter the privacy of vacationers, coming only to their support at the time of a request.<\/p>\n

The functional internals<\/h2>\n

Maggiano’s interior<\/strong> is ready to accommodate a number of ten guests<\/strong>.
\nThe ground floor of Maggiano has a dining area with a kitchen, and the latter is complete with every appliance.
\nThere is in fact an oven, a freezer, a microwave, an American coffee maker, and a stove with four burners.
\nTogether, all these appliances make Maggiano’s kitchen<\/strong> an environment where functionality is top notch<\/strong>, and suitable for meeting all culinary needs.
\nGoing down two steps, starting from the ground floor, we will find ourselves in the bright living room with access to the outside.
\nThe latter is certainly a highlight of the villa.
\nWith the TV<\/strong> in the living room, one can haveentertainment<\/strong>, especially for those times when one is not busy with tours of the area.
\nWhile the access on the outside gives a constant freshness to the vacation. \"\" It is unfortunate that the fireplace<\/strong> is not usable, but there is no shortage of alternative solutions<\/strong>, aimed at warming the room in the colder months.
\nGoing down four more steps, we find a bathroom<\/strong> complete with a washing machine<\/strong>.
\nThe presence of a toilet and washing machine on the lower floor of the villa is extremely useful for multiple reasons.
\nFirst of all, the presence of an additional toilet avoids<\/strong> the need<\/strong> to go upstairs<\/strong> whenever the need to use the bathroom is felt.
\nThis brings particular convenience with parties being held. \"\" But having a washing machine downstairs also means having a dedicated space for laundry, reducing the clutter and chaos that could be caused by placing the washing machine in a different area.
\nAnother aspect to note, how the washing machine in that spot is convenient<\/strong> for anyone who has difficulty<\/strong> going up and down<\/strong> stairs: to benefit will be in efficiency the laundry operations, which will become more accessible.
\nFinally, the fact that the toilet and washing machine area has no windows does not seem to pose as a major problem, since the main use of the said room is related to the specific functions for which it was specifically designed (going to the bathroom and washing clothes, basically).
\nAnd a good ventilation system<\/strong> is also provided, with the aim of obtaining a healthy environment at all times.<\/p>\n

The second floor of the villa<\/h4>\n

The layout of the rooms on the second floor of the Maggiano villa is intended to accommodate six vacationers<\/strong>.
\nThere is the master bedroom with private bathroom, and then the other two rooms with single beds where other guests or other members of the same family can settle.
\nTwo bathrooms are located there, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
\nThe arrangement of these rooms on a separate level from the main floor has advantages in terms of privacy and also lack of<\/strong> disturbance<\/strong>.
\nTo highlight, how the bathroom with shower in close proximity to the bedrooms can be very convenient and practical for guests.
\nNone of the rooms, by the way, lack air conditioning.<\/p>\n

Tourist possibilities<\/h2>\n

Staying at Villa Maggiano, you will have the opportunity to visit many historic towns and cities in Tuscany, such as San Gimignano, Castelfiorentino, Florence, Siena and Lucca.
\nYou can enjoy the scenic beauty<\/strong> of the places and educate your palate on the traditional cuisine of the region, rich in flavors and culinary traditions handed down. \"\" Mediating the villa’s strategic location, you can with ease explore the Tuscan coast, with the fascinating coastal towns that occupy it.
\nYou will also have the opportunity to participate in<\/strong> wine tastings<\/strong> at wineries scattered across the Chianti region<\/strong>, famous for its fine wines.
