It is unfortunate that the fireplace is not usable, but there is no shortage of alternative solutions, aimed at warming the room in the colder months.
But having a washing machine downstairs also means having a dedicated space for laundry, reducing the clutter and chaos that could be caused by placing the washing machine in a different area.
Mediating the villa’s strategic location, you can with ease explore the Tuscan coast, with the fascinating coastal towns that occupy it.
